Create your own Pollinators

The Pollinators was a new family-friendly sensory exhibition by visual artist Bethan Maddocks, celebrating pollinating insects and ancient folk traditions around bee-keeping.

Inspired by the tiny pollinators who help produce our food and flowers, from the honey bee to moths, wasps and beetles, the exhibition explored the meaning of pollination – sharing, transferring knowledge, play and reflection.

Bethan created a series of activities to accompany the exhibition. Have a go at creating your own pollinators and flowers at home!
