Develop your skills and bring music into your classroom

A child moves pieces of paper on the floor while an adult and other children watch in a music workshop with darts in Doncaster

We have a whole host of CPD sessions planned for the school year, to support teachers and the new Model Music Curriculum. We will also have some exciting digital resources and opportunities, which will be released throughout the school year.

All Aboard Music Network – 7th July – 4.15pm – 5.30pm

The All Aboard Music Network is a friendly, relaxed space for musicians, music leaders and educators to come together to share, learn and develop their skills in music-making with Disabled children and young people.

Meetings will be held over zoom and are free to attend.

Each session will look at different elements and themes and will be hosted by a team of experienced musicians, educators and creatives who can offer insight, guidance and practical tips. There will be guest talks from the panel, as well as a space for discussions, time to ask questions and a chance to seek advice from the group.  This network is for people at all stages of their development, so no prior experience is necessary, just a passion for making music accessible to all!

On Thursday 7th July we will focus on engaging disengaged pupils, including how to design activities to support pupils who struggle to engage, how to keep engagement and how to help pupils return to activities when they become disengaged.
