Artist-led Visits
Explore the exhibition and develop new skills in an artist-led workshop

Book an artist-led visit and allow one of our experienced facilitators to guide you around the gallery at The Point, immersing participants in the exhibition so that it is both accessible and inspiring.
Your learners will then take part in a workshop based on the artwork on display. They will have the opportunity to explore ideas, use a range of different materials and develop new skills and techniques. These sessions change depending on the exhibition, but our artists will always endeavour to make age-appropriate curriculum links.
Artist-led visits are suitable for one class at a time (max. 35 students) and last for up to 2 hours. All materials needed are included in the cost and students will be able to take away what they have created at the end of the session. Teachers must remain with their students throughout.
We have space in the gallery where you can store coats and bags or eat packed lunches. The Point is fully accessible with lifts to all levels of the building, disabled toilets and a Changing Place including hoist and changing bench. We are also a Makaton Friendly venue.
